Stephen has practiced law with Landry McGillivray
since 1993, starting as an articled clerk, and has been a
partner since 1995. A native of Prince Edward Island, Stephen
was involved in real estate, international manufacturing,
import/export and retail businesses before commencing his
legal studies, and he brings to the firm a wealth of “hands
on” business experience.
Stephen’s busy real estate practice focuses on condominium
law, land acquisition, subdivision development, new home construction
residential purchases and sales, and real estate financing.
Stephen has an equally busy corporate and commercial practice,
encompassing a wide variety of complex transactions, including
corporate wind-ups, tax reorganizations, amalgamations, franchising,
family trusts, and retirement compensation agreements.
